Your crate should arrive looking something like this, with Bradleys branding and no signs of any exterior damage. 

Check the shockwatch indicator is not red. If it is please photograph stages of unpacking to assess for damage. Thes indicators are used to inform us if crates have been manhandled or over turned.

Locate the fixing screws, indentified with a black circle around them and unscrew the top of the crate with a cross headed screw driver and remove the panel.

Remove front panel and take the painting out of the wooden case

Remove the items from the crate and unpack using a sharp knife or scissors. Be careful not to cut into the item as you only need to remove the tape on the export wrapping or cardboard.

Cut the tape from the picture corners and edging 

Gently tear or cut the tape from the bubble wrap and remove

Remove the acid free tissue paper from the painting

Remove the protective tape from the front of the painting if this is glazed

Your painting is now ready to admire and hang. Please see below for options of reusing or disposing of your packaging materials.
